What is it about kids and their sixth sense? The second I am teaching on a webinar or tele-conference, or as soon as I have a potential prospect on the phone they can sense it. They can be a block away and immediately sense that mom is really busy and want my undivided attention. So I’ve decided to get more proactive.

There’s no doubt in my mind that many companies are designed to use a women’s network of friends to grow their business. In fact, they count on it. I’ve been involved with several of those companies. I did well also, but I didn’t buy into that plan. I strove to always approach everything I did from the point of serving and assisting others, and helping them get what they truly wanted. And what they wanted wasn’t up to me to decide.

But still this blog sits there and in the back of my mind I think about writing. It’s like that pile of dishes that seems to scream out to you when you walk by the sink. It’s like that load of laundry that seems to say “wash me” when you walk by. The blog says “write to me” when ever I sit down at the computer.

Refreshing in the fact that the company founders and managers reads like a who’s who in corporate America. Their business experience and background virtually assures that the company will be a huge success.
Refreshing in the fact that you don’t have to sale people on the benefit of the product - after all, nearly everyone has read a book that helped change their life.

One should make a commitment to build a business from a point of honor. Honor for others, their family, themselves, and the company they are involved with. Maintaining a balance to those we have committed to can be very tricky at times.
