The Christmas Mouse made his first visit to our house a few days ago. His first gift was the gift of music. He delivered Il Divo’s Christmas album The Christmas Collection. He ordered it directly from our own BookWise bookstore. We know because a package came directly from the BookWise warehouse earlier that day addressed to him. We quickly hid the package from the kids and later found where he had gnawed the corner of the box open.
We thought it would be fun to create our own song-book of Christmas music. Being the smart mouse that he is I’m sure he would have delivered sheet music to go along with the songs on the album if we hadn’t been out of paper.
1. O Holy Night
2. White Christmas
3. Ave Maria
4. When a Child is Born
5. Adeste Fideles (O Come All Ye Faithful)
6. Over the Rainbow
7. Panis Angelicus
8. Rejoice
9. Silent Night
10. The Lord’s Prayer
My girls (age 12 and 6) were so excited. They like Il Divo as much as I do. Partially for their good looks, but also for their incredible voices. In fact, that is our reward trip. Once we are making $10,000 a month we are going to travel overseas and see them in concert at some exotic location.
Here they are singing one of my favorite Christmas songs - O Holy Night.
