I guess my hope with this blog is that perhaps you’ll feel inspired enough to perhaps pick-up the same books and expand your education. After all, you can get a fantastic education with a great collection of books.

Books feed my thirst for knowledge. They help satisfy the curiosity within me. Books stir my soul. At times, they cause me to mourn. They cause me to question myself and my judgment. Other times they lift me up and linger within my heart. So yes, a house just wouldn’t be a home without books.

There isn’t quite anything like curling up with a good book. One of my ideal vacations would be spending time with a good book: curling up on a hammock in the mountains, reading on the beach, or lounging in front of the fireplace with a book.

One can truly have a library of wisdom. Naturally, that library of books doesn’t do a man much good if
they sit on the shelf unread. One could acquire knowledge by talking to people, but the knowledge that can be gained from the people of the past can be obtained only in a book.
