Words That Work by Dr. Frank Luntz is interesting reading for anyone wanting to improve their communication skills. This isn’t so much a how-to communicate book, but rather a lesson in the power of words. Dr. Luntz give example after example of how a few simple words can change things.
This book could be beneficial to people from all walks of life. Business people who want to improve their negotiating skills, or sales skills. Parents who want to learn how to better communicate with their children. Husbands or wives who want to improve their relationship.
It made me much more conscious of the words I use.
